Mawnkeys and The Birds...

Since the weather has been sooo nice the last week or so, Cherith and I decided to take our lunch break at the Zoo since it is so close to us. On Fridays in February it is free to go in, so we thought today would be great day to go see the "mawnkeys" and feed the birds....which is not as nice as it sounds thank you very much but at least I tried! The lion cubs are so big now, and it was so funny to see them all scrunched up together napping, especially how they had their legs cocked up on each other! This time the gorilla was hiding...maybe he remembered our last encounter. It was a fun break in the day of cubeland to be able to go 100 yards to the zoo and see all kinds of animals....we should do that more often!
