So we realized we are kind of blowing through the process of this second adoption without really thinking about it. And lots of people are asking, so here's where we are:
Updated paperwork. CHECK.
Updated training. CHECK.
Now we are waiting to get our home study updated. Not really sure what that means, since we only added Bubba to the mix, everything else is the same.
In the mean time, we've been dreaming of things to put in the new nursery and adding things that we need/want to a wish list. We're having a harder time thinking unisex this go around. So we decided we'd wait until we were sure if a boy or girl was coming and decorate after that. So depending on the situation, we may call in reinforcements to help us get the room decorated in a short amount of time.
So there ya go. Nothing really new to report. Just in a holding pattern for now!
