It's the most wonderful time of the year....

in some ways, and then some not. If you only think about Christ's birth, spending time with friends and family you haven't seen in a while, giving and receiving gifts, and then of course SNOW...it is the most wonderful time of the year. But then you add in all the road trips, many different places to be at once, crying baby, crazy dog...and you second guess yourself. Looking back this year, we did over commit to some things with a 10 week old baby. But maybe next year he'll be happier to see everybody! Ha!

Now that we're through with all the craziness, it's nice to look back and remember only the good of the last two weeks. It was great to be with family that we haven't seen since our wedding, and it was also fun to introduce Liam to alot of his family for the first time. We were blessed tremendously with generosity in gifts for us and for Liam. Joe blew my mind and gave me a new MacBook! And I got a new camera to try to learn more about photography! Liam got tons of fun toys, books, and clothes. And then the snow came! Although we were inside with a sick baby and Daddy, we got to watch Mandy and Wes through the window make the world's largest snowman every built in Greenpond (which fell a few minutes later, sad face). We also got to spend some time with Liam's birthmom, which is always a good time. We love her so much and can't wait till Liam is old enough to understand everything we've been telling him about her. All in all, it was a great Christmas season! Have a look-see...
