We had a great Thanksgiving yesterday! We have realized how much we have to be thankful for this year, there's tons! We started the adoption process, Joe became the Student Pastor at our church, we got to be there when our best friends found out if their baby was a boy or a girl, we met and fell in love with the girl who would become our birthmother, we got to see our son being born and stay in the hospital with him, we were showered with love and support when we brought him home, my sister and her boyfriend are getting married....so much! We have felt the overwhelming joy of these blessings in our life and thank God for them all! Our family came down yesterday to enjoy time together and great food! After the tryptonite as my mom calls it (most other people call it tryptophan-the stuff in turkey) took hold of us, we all sat down and watched Avatar. Well.....I say watched...some of us slept through it! And as always we took lots of pictures!
