Close Encounters of the Third Kind.....(or lizard kind)

So here's the scene. I'm getting home, tidying up for the youth to come over. I'm walking through the house, opening the blinds, letting the sun come in. I open on and something moves out of the corner of my eye. Yes. it's definitely a lizard....IN MY LIVING ROOM!!! So I'm pretty cool with them hanging out all over the front porch, but once they come into my territory they're not so cute anymore. So I did what any self respecting southern girl would do....I grabbed a large bowl in case he jumped at me, got my phone, sat on the couch, and watched him so he didn't escape for 38 minutes until my husband got home to get him out.
FYI: He was a LOT bigger than this photo shows. REALLY!!!
